My name is Stefan, I’m in my early 30’s and I am one half of the current joeyteel.com support team.

I am an AB who likes to play whenever I get the chance. I am a very private person for the most part so don’t be surprised if I don’t participate much. Joey’s probably way more active than I’ll ever be unless it’s to reply to topics related to problems with the server :slight_smile:

Sorry, but I must correct one thing. Any error that results in a page saying to contact the server administrator should be handled exactly as those pages request. Many of them include very specific instructions on what information is required and where to send it so that we can investigate and correct the problem as quickly as possible.

The buttons only exist on the global error pages (with one exception), so there is no way I could (or would) add a “Notify Purged_User” button. In fact Joey would kill me for it if I did and I wouldn’t blame him.

There is one localized page that includes such a button, but that page submits a form whose contents cannot be legally shared with anyone outside the administrative team and our legal representatives until it has been handled properly.

And the end result is that we still follow the instructions on the back of the packet.
